Most executive coaching clients start with a 12-week bespoke performance programme which takes a holistic approach to personal and professional development. During focused sessions we clarify mission and purpose, gain an understanding of core values and culture, establish metrics for success create and implement a strategy to reach your goals, as well as determine methods of accountability.

To give an example, one CEO with whom I worked with, after the first 30-days reported 75% improvement in sleep quality, 300% increase in focus, 60% increase in ability to manage thoughts, 100% increase in making effective business decisions and 300% increase in time management.
